Simon has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry. He has worked in construction in reclamation of contaminated land including the Denmark/Sweden Oresund Bridge; as an agent in the North East making an appearance on “Homes under the Hammer”; as a General Practice surveyor in Local Authorities which included acting as expert witness in a successful Land Tribunal CPO case.
His experience is in both residential and commercial property and his specialisms include asset valuations and Management, rent reviews and renewals; Compulsory Purchase; acquisitions and disposals.
