Align Chartered Surveyors Secure Prestigious HM Treasury Contract for Leeds Office Acquisition.

Align Chartered Surveyors, commercial property experts serving North East England and Yorkshire continues to make waves in the industry in Leeds with their latest successful appointment.

The recent new instruction for the company came through their successful tender submission and subsequent awarding to represent HM Treasury in the acquisition of a 30,000+ sq.ft Grade A office relocation in Leeds City Centre.

This is a huge achievement for ACS considering the competition faced from many of the National agencies based in Leeds and across the country tendering for this opportunity, as well as Align’s relatively short time in their commercial agency arm of the wider APP business, having been established for just under a year. The company’s, on the ground local knowledge, combined with the backing of Local Authority links enabled them to outbid their competitors.

The success in securing this HM Treasury contract, which will likely to be one of the largest office acquisition in Leeds this next year, is a true testament to the teams capabilities within the commercial property sector.

Speaking about the recent success, Chris Black, Technical Director of Agency, Investment & Property Management at Align Chartered Surveyors said: ‘Winning this contract is a real testimony to our team’s unwavering commitment, expertise and local knowledge. We are thrilled to come out on top in the face of stiff competition on this tender opportunity, it really highlights our dedication and reinforces our status as a trusted partner for clients seeking exceptional property services with us holding both Government and private client experience.’

Daniel Clinch, Head of Agency, Acquisitions and Disposal, lead on this contract said: We have commenced the implementation of this HM Treasury contract, and is progressing smoothly under our expert guidance. Dan believes that ACS’ exceptional track record and unmatched dedication to our clients’ aspirations ensures that the acquisition will be executed seamlessly, aligning with HM Treasury’s vision for their new offices to continue to be based in Leeds City Centre.
