Align Chartered Surveyors Takes Centre Stage at Middlesbrough Property and Construction Lunch, Reinforcing Industry Relationships

Align Chartered Surveyors, commercial property consultancy for North East England and Yorkshire, recently participated in the Middlesbrough Property and Construction Lunch.

The event, organized by MET Events, saw Align take centre stage as the main sponsor of the day, sharing with the audience their industry expertise, innovative approach, and strong ties with local authorities and private clients across Teesside and wider North England.

The Middlesbrough Property and Construction Lunch is a sought-after event for professionals involved in the property, construction, and business sector, and attracted approximately 70 local businesses. Attendees ranged from industry intermediaries and contractors to landlords, architects, surveyors, and many more leading businesses in the region’s property market.

Guest speakers, included Clive Heaphy (Interim CEO Middlesbrough Council), Richard Horniman (Director of Regeneration), and Chris Cook (newly elected Mayor), who gave insightful presentations to the audience, revealing the exciting new development visions for the upcoming years under the new Mayor’s leadership, and instilling confidence in the region’s future.

For Align Chartered Surveyors, the event gave them the opportunity to network with regional industry leaders and foster professional relationships within the property sector.

As the head sponsor of the event, Align Chartered Surveyors had a unique opportunity to share their insights and success stories so far with the attendees.

Daniel Clinch, Head of Agency, Acquisitions and Disposal at Align Chartered Surveyors said: ‘Align’s presence as the Head Sponsor of this event is a testament to our commitment to the industry and our collaboration with Middlesbrough Council on various projects. The event gave us the opportunity to connect with like-minded industry experts, and we hope that this event will open doors for further collaborations and business opportunities.’

Chris Black, Technical Director of Agency, Investment & Property Management added: ‘We have only been operational as a true Commercial Agency, as per say for the past year, having been tasked with setting up a new arm of our Estates business. This event provided our Commercial Agency team with the opportunity to demonstrate our dedication to current and potential new clients, providing tailored solutions and driving innovation within the industry.’
