Chris has 30 years of mixed commercial General Practice Surveying and Management experience across varying roles from London West End Specialist Agents to large net worth clients, advisory to the public sector including Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, Hillingdon Council (Covering Heathrow and West London) to The South Wales Valley’s including Newport City, Cardiff City and Caerphilly Councils as well as running his own private Chartered Commercial Agency practice.

Chris had been the project lead on many of the high value, critical redevelopment schemes and Strategic Asset valuations for a decade at Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, as well as managing and overseeing their Commercial Business Centres; R&C Community & Civic Heart, The HUB, The Beacon and South Tees Business Centre with an asset valued at over £100 million. Chris’ main areas of expertise include; Commercial Agency, Acquisitions & Disposals, Investment & Development, Asset management, Valuations, Rent & Lease Renewals, and Business Development.

In supporting his team Chris is also a RICS (APC) panel assessor and leads on our APC structured training programme for all our Graduates at Align, as well Chris is happy to offer clients free assistance and support with their own training staff requirements. Originally from Cardiff and now living in Teesside, Chris graduated from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh with a degree in Estate Management.
