Head of Commercial Agency

Daniel joined the Real Estate Commercial Agency team at Align in 2022 and is based in the East Midlands/Sheffield area of the Country and services and runs our Sheffield/Derby/Midlands office alongside Chris who leads the Agency Department.

Dan has over 15 years of agency experience in all sectors of commercial & residential development across the UK, he has acquired and disposed for clients in excess of over £100m worth of commercial property for retained clients over the years. His extent of experience has come from working for Local Commercial Agencies as well as setting up his own Private Practice to heading up National Agency departments for many of the main Surveying firms. Throughout his career he has advised and worked with some of the largest companies in the World such as Amazon, Siemens and Google to name a few.

Originally born in London and now living in Sheffield, Dan graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Real Estate. He is always happy to take your call at anytime to assist you with your enquiries.
