Apprentice Surveyor (Valuation)

Ellie originally from Hartlepool, recently joined the team in August 2022, after a number of years in FFS restaurant management, the fast paced work of her previous role and administration has already show huge benefits to Align Chartered Surveyors, within her role as part of the Valuation team.

Ellie alongside our other apprentices at Align has signed up to study towards her degree in BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management (online) at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) in Reading, as part of APP’s leading apprenticeship scheme. Ellie alongside her fellow trainees is looking forward to developing her knowledge in all aspects of Surveying over the next four years. She looks forward to developing her knowledge of all aspects of surveying over this period and completing her APC at the end of the course to earn her Chartered Status.

Her interest in property developed through personal experiences with family and her own aspirations to secure her first home before 20 years of age. Ellie has been supporting Mark Tyler, Graham Tyerman and Mel Jackson on a range of various valuations, from Residual, Red Book, Assets and all weird and wonderful buildings and land she has covered at Align.

Ellie is a meticulous and precise trainee surveyor and is happy to assist and deal with her own clients. She will also when required rotate into the Agency department, to cover all of her required RICS training principles.
