Associate Director, APP

Mark is the Associate Director at our parent company Align Property Partners Ltd.  He is responsible for overseeing the wider framework and general client liaison for the whole of the APP Group of Companies, including Align Chartered Surveyors.

Mark day-to-day acts as the single point of contact for a number of our Private and many Public clients to ensure the correct communication links are developed with the key stakeholders. Previous to this role within APP Ltd he transferred to Mouchel from North Yorkshire County Council in 1999.  He has in the past worked for the Highways Agency, Local Authority clients in Estate & Asset Management, Highway Design, Contract Management and Site Supervision.

Mark has over 30+ years experience in all aspects of Commercial Framework, Service Delivery, Project Development and Estates team Management, including transportation, building infrastructure, structural defect analysis, waste disposal site engineering and highway engineering projects.

Mark alongside Chris Black and Mark Tyler are spearheading this new side of the business with the Agency and Valuation arm of Align Chartered Surveyors business expansion plans and is excited to assist and help any new Private and/or Public clients alike.
