Graduate Surveyor (2nd year)

Jake studied Real Estate at Northumbria University and subsequently completed a placement year at a local surveying firm; mainly dealing with sales, insolvency and secured lending valuations.

After graduating from University, he commenced his Surveying career at APP Chartered Surveyors in November 2020, with the aim of completing his APC, he hope to secure his Chartered Surveyors “letters” at his first attempt in 2023.

Jake has become one of our trusted member of staff in our Estates & Valuation team under Mark Tyler during his graduate training, becoming our expert on Development appraisals to many of our Private and Public clients. He also has been instrumental in providing Annual Asset Valuations for some of our larger clients as well as securing further extensions to these contracts for APP, down to his excellent attention to detail and confidence in his own abilities.
