Graduate Surveyor (1st year)

Lucas is originally from Leeds and moved to Newcastle to complete his studies in Geography. He then carried out further post education completing his MSc in International Real Estate.

Lucas started with us in April 2021, after a post Graduation Management training leader role at Tesco’s. Continuing his training Lucas has covered many parts of his APC learning which he hopes to become Chartered in 2024.

Lucas is one of our experienced members of staff in the Estates & Valuation team under Mark Tyler during his graduate training, becoming our expert on Asset Valuation & Estate Management to many of our Public clients. Lucas has recently added to his expertise in becoming an Energy Performance Certified (EPC) domestic surveyor. He is now aiming to be fully Non domestic certified (Commercial) in 2023, this with an aim to offer all round Sustainability advice to all APP clients Private and Public.
