Letting agreed
We are excited to announce the successful completion of c. 9,500 Sq Ft of premium office space in Skipton for a global finance company Computershare, on behalf of our retained client, North Yorkshire Council.
This letting is part of a larger transaction totaling c. 15,000 Sq. Ft which incudes c. 5,500 Sq Ft of landlord space – bringing the building to 100% occupancy!
We are proud to play a part in securing office space for one of the largest employers in Skipton, helping to keep their operations local and contributing to job creation in the area. A huge thank you to all involved in making this deal happen.
