New Contract Award

We are thrilled to announce that Align Chartered Surveyors in partnership with Tuckerman Commercial have won the Leasing Agent Services contract for the National Audit Office (NAO), an independent Parliamentary body.

This contract will be delivered for up to five years and will see us working in partnership with Tuckerman to lease the Grade A NAO’s vacant offices (up to 23,000 Sq ft) at 157-197 Buckingham Palace Road, London with the aim of attracting high-quality tenants, always ensuring best value for public assets.
